Sounds QB2 v1.2 and above have the ability to use .acm files in place of the dialog. While I don't use this feature in my missions, it is pretty cool. Below is some .acm voice files and sound packs for the in-game effects.

ACM Converter. This tool allows you to change the standard .wav files into the .acm files used in KA.
